Administrators Erroneous Posted December 8 Administrators Share Posted December 8 While comparing the models used in-game for normal gameplay, to higher res cutscene model, and to the same for the remastered version I noticed a few details about Atoli's character design. What is the difference between "in-game" and "cutscene"? The poly count and texture details on the in-game model is low compared to their cutscene counterpart which has higher poly counts and textures. This is her base design on the PS2 version in-game model, side view. This is her cross string over her chest from in-game. This is her shoe tips in game. This is her golden rings on her gloves in game. This is her garter belt in game. This is her lower back in game. And this her front view in game. Now let's move on to her cutscene model from the PS2 version, the cross strong is much more detailed. This is her wrists and fingers from the cutscenes, as you can see the rings on the gloves are much more detailed. The frills on her petticoat are detailed along with shadows in the cutscenes. And this is her in-game model used in the remastered, it somehow looks blockier to the PS2 version. These are her fingers in the remastered in-game. The cutscene version looks top tier in the remastered thankfully. The eye and hair details in the remastered cutscenes. The nose and mouth details in the remastered cutscenes. The choker details in the remastered cutscenes. Sideview of the choker and cross string over the chest in the remaster cutscene. Her belly button can be seen through the dress in the remaster cutscene. The cape on the back is 3 segments held together by a tiny white string in the remaster cutscene. The heel on her shoes in the remaster cutscene. And finally the shoe tips details in the remaster cutscene.
